FLORA DELUGE
In this series, the organic and the ephemeral merge into a single visual breath. The inspiration emerged while observing ink dissolve in water, a simple gesture, yet one capable of generating entire worlds. Those fluid clouds, in constant metamorphosis, evoked for me the fragility and power of a bloom.
As the color expanded through the liquid, I began to perceive deeper analogies with nature’s rhythms: vegetal growth, the diffusion of spores, the invisible logic that governs the expansion of life.
Flora Deluge was born from this contemplation, an attempt to shape an imaginary ecosystem where ink behaves like sap, and liquid chaos generates botanical architectures that are both impossible and intimate.
It is a submerged world, where life doesn’t merely blossom but emerges, flooding space with elegance, mystery, and visual memory.
This series won the “Fine Art Photographer of the Year" award at the IPA International Photography Awards in the US.
